What Fish Is This

i was on vacation and me and my family was shopping at a plaza so we stoped to look at the fish in a pet store they had a beautiful fish the size of a harlequin rasbora (which is what it was kept with) it looked like a silver moony bot the bottom/middle part of its was turquoise or pink does anyone know what its common name is
