i cant get anything bigger because of space issues.
but im going to heavily plant it.
i know in going to have a few angelfish but what else?

A tank that size would be 24.92 UK gallons, or 29.92 US gallons, or 113.27 litres.
It would not be big enough for three angels, one would be fine, maybe even a pair (somebody correct me if I'm wrong) but then that would limit the number of other fish you could get. Are you looking for schooling fish, shoaling fish, bright fish that stand out, fish with personality? There are a ton of possibilties, help us out a little ;)

well i was suposed to get a 55g but my parents got me this so its all they will let me get.
i mainly want fish that will stand out, everything i want before i cant have in this little tank.

A must is a school of tetras, maybe 6 cardinal tetras as eye catchers?

and a pair of rams as the main attraction

and then maybe a school of cories as scavangers?

and to top it off for algae control, three otto catfish

HTH and good luck

angelfish are not suitable for this size aquarium at all , some of the tetra's are really pretty ,or even a group of Black Ruby Barbs ..

assumming the measurments given are 24L x 12D x 24H -Angels are VERY much suited to this size aquarium, height is the most important thing with second is footprint and 12" back is more than enough horizontal space for them. Given footprint I'd say probaly a pair of angels 3 would be pushing it I think more so if 2 paired up would be unlivable for a third so better for 2. I'd then agree with everything Dwarf said just watch the Bioload

Just my 2cents

i think that would work great for me, could i put a pair of angel in aswell?

i'm against the ideal of angels for your tank, although you have the perfect height for them I don' think the tank is long enough for them, angels are big fish and are gogin to require alot of oxygen from such a small footprint for the volume your fish are going to struggle later down the line.

also in a tank that size you would need to consider agresion issues.

I agree totally with Paul
Angels get pretty damn big and i wouldn't put them in anything under 35 gallons
It might seem like a loss but once you have your tank running you'll forget about the angels
