What Fish Can I Add To My Tank...

I currently have a 55 gallon tank. I have a Severum, Parrot Fish, Blue Acara alongside a algae eater and a pair of yo-yo loaches.

The tank looks very bare and I was wondering if it would be ok to add a group of small fish. I've read that rainbowfish would go well but they are very pricey in the LFS. Would they be ok though? Also are there other fish that I could add?

55G is too small for * parrot fish and a blue acara * either take them back to LFS or Get a bigger tank ... how big are the fish?

the parrot fish is about 3" and the acara is about 1 1/2 - 2 ".

I would be more concerned with the Sev, that will outgrow both the Parrot and the BA. IMO the stocking isn't that bad but i wouldn't add anything else, sorry.

Yh but when the sev and parrot get to there size they will be cramped and probily die .. 55g i rather small for them in the tank ..

55gallons is big enough for both a parrot and severum..

when the parrot and sev are both pushing 8'' they'll fill the tank up pretty well

I don't think I'd add anything else.. I guess the acara will push 8'' also.. probably best to leave it at what you have now.
