Hi,
It wont be eggs as platies are livebearers and give birth to live fry, they dont lay eggs.
Look more closely, are they tiny babies? If so you will need to get a breeding trap to float in your tank to put them in otherwise they will be quickly eaten unless you have a lot of plants for them to hide in

she could be dropping fry early,
if she is then some of the not fully formed fry will look like an egg
