Currently have a Rio 180, bought band new 8 months ago. However, ishkeeping being as it is, I now wanna upgrade. 
I am looking at a custom made from Wharf Aquatics, 40"x20"x24". That makes it the same length as the Rio and only 4" larger from back to front. My idea is to se the same stand that I have for the Rio 180, my sister's B/F is pretty handy and should be able to modify it to accomadate larger dimensions.
My main question is, would the stand cope with the extra 140 litre or would I need to strengthen it??
I am also interested in whether the filter from the Juwel can be removed to put into my prospective new tank. As you can see, I have put a fair bit of thought into this.
