Why does he suddenly go crazy with RSPCA stuff? And I did look at the all 11 Q's. Is it the same guy doing the RSPCA as the one that called him an idiot and left his phone number lol

the seller might just have picked what he wants printing
so we might not be getting the whole story here

Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Animal police Though, they aren't government funded, I think they are charity funded. They have various animal shelters across the country, have wardens who will investigate cruelty allegations and even have the power to cease animals which are being mistreated and bring law suits etc.
