I don't know about Black Widow Tetras,but my Cardenals and Glolights are the ones that are chased around the tank by the Angels.

15 Neons, 1 Pearl Gourami, 7 Black Phanotom Tetra, 10 Orange Flamte Tetra, 6 Ottos and no agression, all in a 55 gallon tank.
