What Do You Guys Think Of The Quality

Here is on of my fry I had in my last spawn. He is about 1.5" in length.

Nice looking fish, although it looks like a female to me, how old is it?

about 1.5 months old, what makes you think female.

The short anal and ventral fins, but at that age it still has plenty of growing to do so it could go either way, but at the mo I'd say female

Looks female to me also but at only 1.5 months, as betta fish said it could really go either way.
Very strong and solid colouration for such a young fish, and possibly a touch of cellophane butterfly going on the caudal fin. Too young to judge the quality of the marking, but I'd suggest the colour is going to be pretty nice. Keep us updated. Looks like a little stunner!

Well i was thinking male because of the colour. But, I didnt even think to go by the ventrical fins; dont know why I didnt though, guess my brain wasnt working at the time. Now that it has been mentioned I do think female. Its parents are electric blue butterfly, thats why you were thinking that laurafrog.

i had for a short time a very very beautiful and colorful female that you would have thought was male by her color...i traded her with a girl who got 3/4 males out of a shipment of females. she got my girl and i got one of her boys. i would not think color is an automatic guarantee of gender...ive seen some very vibrant females!
