just got a green spotted puffer about a week ago.. hes lookin real good and health and so far i been feeding him flakes and freeze dried blood worms.. he loves them both but i would like to mix his diet up a little so it doesnt just consist of the 2 types of food..

what else would be good to feed my little guy to get him big and healthy?

Like all puffers they are carnivores for the most part with a few being piscavores. That said you should be feeding crustacians, shrimp, prawns, bloodworms (live or frozen) etc.

Flake is definately something id stay well clear of. Also just a note, GSP get to about 6Inches so should have a tank roughtly 30gall per fish for ample swimming room and also really good over filtration to keep up with the mass amount of waste they produce.
