Q#1: Can bettas eat freeze dried bloodworms.
(I've heard that bloodworms can cause little live wormy things to appear in your tank. Is this true?)

Q#3 Can bettas eat regular Tetra Tropical Fish Flakes?

Bloodworms are little wormy things. You should be able to get them frozen and freze dried at your lfs. Attisons betta pro is a great food. They can eat flakes but flakes arent the best thing even for any other fish. You should give a varied diet, lots of live/frozen or dried things like daphnia, blood worms, brine shrimp. Every now and then peas are a good idea to stop them getting constipated. And bettas should have a day a week where they arent fed at all.

Personally I feed all of my bettas pellets (hikari betta bio-gold seem to be well accepted and liked) 5-6 twice a day, roughly every 2 to 3 days they get a snack of frozen bloodworms, and I fast them once a week on sundays (sunday seems easy to remember) Its a good idea to fast your bettas once a week because they get constipated quite easily which can lead to other health problems :good:

freezedried wont cause any problems in your tank as they are already dead. ive heard you have to make sure they are soaked before giving it to them though or they might get bloated or something. never happened to my betta when i had some freezedried bloodworms though
