What can you guys tell me about these boys???

Supposed to be Madagascars but look different than most pictures I can find… maybe just maturity level???

There's about half a dozen species of Madagascan rainbowfish. They all look similar but slightly different. There's also the possibility they are a man made colour form or a cross between two species of Madagascan rainbows. My guess is they are one of the species. The suppliers normally just sell them all as Madagascan rainbows.

It’s a mature male Bedotia madagascarensis, the usual species found in shops. They’re usually sold when they’re much smaller.
