What Can I Fit In My 3gal. Tank?

Well since im going to be having a betta from WUV coming in on wed. so I was wondering if I can have like a snail in there 2? Or maybe a shrimp. But I dont know what kind... Any suggestions?

do you plan on filtering the bowl or not?
if so, you could put an amano shrimp or cherry shrimp in there. you could get an apple snail as well
if not, an african dwarf frog would be fine in there

i wouldn't recommend a snail though as they are very messy

Depending on the size of the betta and shrimp, and on the betta's temperment, the betta might try to eat the shrimp. I know a few of mine have, but the majority leave them alone (definately big shrimp). You may want to try a ghost shrimp first, and then go for a "fancier" shrimp like cherry or amano.

I had no idea snails were messy.
