What Behavior Is This ?

Hi i have a 6 emperor tetras and was wondering what behavior is this, they swim round like best buddys most of the time
but every now and then i see a couple of then with all there fins out clued to each other sort of playing a game of nudging
each other

is this just boisterous behaviour?
LSF said they was peaceful shoaling fish and all ive read says the same..
