Ok so i still got those 4 tiger barbs and that 1 cory in my 2.5g tank and ive noticed that water is cloudy and there are these REALLY teny tiny white/cream bugs on the black rock i got and come on the glass. Are those the bacteria that i need when cycling a tank? Cause i never really cycled my tank before i got the fish ( newbie ). Can someone please tell me what the heck they are?

They aren't bacteria on the rocks (you wouldn't be able to see them). They are bacteria in the water, but not the good kinds. A bacterial bloom itself isn't harmless, but the water conditions associated with them most likely aren't - what are your ammonia and nitrite levels at?

The bugs could likely be planaria, which are harmless flatwomrs, but again, the conditions that cause an abundance of them (overabundance of food) are a potential problem, especially with a tank stocked to six times its capacity.

oh ok so they are harmelss bugs? i have nothing to worry about then other than the overstocked tank and uncycled water?

Well, also, overfeeding. Planaria are very often present in small numbers, but rarely multiply enough to catch attention unless there's an abundance of uneaten food, which will only compound your other problems.

you say youve nothing to worry about apart from been very overstocked and not having undergone any cycling
imo thats enough to worry about and you should maybe think of addressing the situation
:hi: to tff though

You couldnt have worse problems if you tried!! Most likely all your fish will suffer and die - they dont stand a chance if you are uncycled overstocked and overfeeding!

Well i would never over feed my fish for one. I think this happend cause i threw in a pellet for my bottom feeder while i was feeding my tiger barbs and it probably never got eaten all the way. I wont do that anymore.

One pellet won't cause a planaria infestation. Pellets and partial algae tabs go uneaten in my tank regularly. It takes a good bit of waste accumulated in the gravel for a noticeable planaria population. It might not be serious overfeeding, but continued over the course of weeks.

I had my tank for only 3 days now and on the second day those bugs apeared. Only a couple here there though its not like my whole tank is infested in them. i didnt over feed my fish so i have no idea why they appeared.

your fish prolly have about a week till they eitehr start burning or succumb to an infection do too the immune system they DONT have, ive only been in the hobby for two weeks but i know that the fish will swim fine and look ok for the first like 5-6 days but then they WILL die, your best bet and i mean this is to find your receipts or w/e and take ALL your fish back to the pet store before they get sick or even die, empty your tank refill it and do a fishless cycle..take it from me i already lost two fish but was lucky enough to get the rest out and are still alive please do this it sucks losing a fish specially if your new to this :(
