I was watching my aquarium, I have been closley . I have my first fry and Bessie is due again in the next 2 weeks . Anyways I noticed these tiny worm like things on the sides of the tank . They are differnt sizes . They loke like moving pieces of poo. To add to that ,we have another aquarium for our chineese water dragon and I notice small ,white, moving dots on the inside of the glass. Could these be related and either way does anyon have a clue as to what they might be?

They are harmless worms that live on uneaten food, etc in the tank. Sorry I don't know the name of them as its been so long since I've had them myself but trust me they're harmless.

Maybe someone else will chime in with the name. :good:

planaria.. ugly looking little buggers.. vaccuuming the gravel a few times a week should get rid of them.. took me about 2 weeks of water changes/gravel vac to get the worms to disappear.

 Thanks so much I feel a lot better now. I new my mamma gup, Bessie, like to eat the suckers. My concern was for her and the fry. I had just told my husband we should clean the gravel and such. Good to know I wasn't too far off. :S Planaria ? I learn something new very day here. :D Thanks again .
