What Are These Fuge Lights?

came across this guy's tank on another site and am wondering about the lights he is using in his refugium...i think he mentioned they are 5100k and he got the sockets at lowe's... are these what i should be using to grow my chaeto and mangroves?

I just use a 24watt T5 compact and my Chaeto algae grows like mad!

They look like generic floodlights to me. Chaeto grows under lots of different lights. I just use one of those incandescent replacement flourescent bulbs. The ones that like twist in a concentric circle.
