What Are Some Plants That Have A Max Size Of 20cm?

I'm after some ideas on some plants for my 5 gallon tank, I only have hairgrass in at the moment but am getting some HC for the front and now need a background plant but it can't grow any bigger than 20cm around 15cm would probably be better.

So hit me with some ideas

With a pair of scissors, all your background plants can be any height you want.
