Just changed my water and didn't get water to correct temp like a dork!! Totally forgot and the temp has dropped to 21 celsius from 24. My L-260 looks as though it has suffered, it may have been in the flow of the incoming cold water. The heater is warming the water fairly quickly I think back to normal. Anything else I can do for my Queen Arabesque apart from watch it closely this evening??

Opps. Not done this before myself so dont knowwhat to suggest. I have read before though that raising the temp back up just as fast is also bad for them as the sudden change again can shock them.

Keep a close eye on your fish, sorry I havent any ideas but I bet some one will have good advice.

All you can do is keep an eye on them for swim bladder, whitespot, and columnaris.
Good luck.

Would you advise on treating for whitespot as a precaution wilder??

also, is there a fair chance it might not have effected anything??

I wouldn't worry too much mate. Mine sometimes drops 2-3 degrees if I don't get the temperature right. Just keep an eye on them over the next few hours. If anything it will probably boot your Corydoras into breeding!

No I wouldn't treat for whitespot, just keep a look out for it.
Good luck.
