What an idiot....me!!

Last night I found a molt from a crab then i noticed a pale looking crab hiding, so naturally i assumed that the crab had died after molting, leaving me with 2 crabs left in my tank.

So this morning i went and bought a replacment crab, hes doing fine in there now.

But just had a look into the tank again and now i spy 4 crabs!!!

So 2 crabs successfully molted last night

youre not really an idiot at all we thought one of our shrimps had died the first time he moulted & we found a fully intact shrimp skin complete with feelers (antennae whatever) floating in our tank....till he reappeared looking quite happy a few days later

well if i had just seen 1 molt it would of been OK, but too at the sae time!!! i bet they planned it!!
