Can some kind sole (see what i did there :)) please identify this fish.

I know its a cichlid, but i'll be damned if i can find the little bugger listed anywhere, there are hundreds of them so i could have missed it in my search! However i'm sure some of you guys will see the pics and know straight away :hyper:

Thanks in advance.

p.s. linked as click throughs to full size if you want to view full detail just click, if not don't.

Some Kind of Black Convict Female. I personally go for a Honduran Red Point Female : http://tropicalresources.net/phpBB2/templa...ofiles_hrp1.jpg
The one in the pic i just showed is probably a male, but just add some orange( siginifies a female) and there is your fish! They are dead easy to breed. They are a form of black convict's wich go with association and people commonly use this term " Just add water" in which this signifies how prolific they are. I had a pair of black convict's and had babies in a week! She is dead gorgeous! You can either find a regualr convict male, or a HRP male and breed the HDRP and get line bred HDRP or croos with regualr con's or pink ones.

Excellent thanks, yeah i just looked HRP up and thats the one, awesome just need to find a mate now :)

Rember, just make sure the male is bigger than the female, or it ends in disaster!!!!!! They are so eager to breed, some females will pair up and lay anyway!
