What Am I Doing Wrong?

i have 4 mollies right now, one male and 3 females. i've had three of them for about 2 months, and the fourth my roommate just surprised me with 2 days ago . my question is, why aren't they getting pregnant? i have seen the male trying to get it on with one of the girls, but nothing has come of it. what can i do to encourage them to mate?

Water can affect it. Like the PH and nitrate levels. But also give it some time. Good luck

Feeding live or frozen foods can encourage them to mate more, my fish get them every other day and they go crazy for them. It's definately a great way to get your fish in shape for breeding and they will love ya for it.
