I have a 30G tank that right now houses 2 keyholes, 2 killifish, and 4 corys. I am adding 2 large pieces of driftwood and adding lots and lots of live plants. I was wondering if it's possible to add 7 cardinal tetras, 3 balck phontoms, and a couple more corys? Or some other tetra that would be great with the cardinals and the rest of the fish. Suggestions would be awesome!!!!!!

I'm going to add 2 more corys making it 6, and adding 3 black phontoms and 7 cardinals.

I don't know the size of your killi and keyholes and how big they could get. Also I don't know which Corys you have. They can be vary in the size. But it sounds like lots of inches after you add all your list of fish.
And you know the old rule of tank stocking. inch=gallon
I know that is not perfect. It would vary by many other factors. Like filter capacity, frequency of water change , feeding .,etc.
But it seems you have way more than 30 inches of fish. I may skip the black phontoms if I were you. Beside it would be better if you add little by little. Probably group by group in this case. And keep eyes on the tank for 2~3 weeks between adding more fish.
I hope this wasn't too late.
