hey all, i have been missing two neons for about 3 days now persumed dead and eaten, but i cam home today to find all five of them happily swimming around!!! so i am plaesed, im still new to this is losing fish common???

that is happening right now, I cant find my leopard danio, I looked everywhere, on the top, filter, under things, in things, but still cant find him

One time I lost two zebras when I first started fish keeping. There was nothing in the 10 gallon except gravel and 2 plants and there was nothing in the filter (an aqua clear). Later when I was going to put filter media in the filter I found them swimming inside!

I had a little algae eater that had burrowed himself under the gravel behind the bubble bar in the back.

He scared the bajeezus out of me one day when he came popping out.
