So now i just need to get my fish

what type of fish are you having?
cichlids?
what type of cichlids are you having lol

loadz of questions :D

im going to be housing a selection of mbuna cichlids looking at getting between 12-15

12-15 mbuna cichlids looking at the ones that grow to approx 5" why whats wrong with that

i was thinking 12 as its not a long 55g long the dimensions are 101x41x50 so would 12 be my best bet or what other options

i think to be honest im just going to get a selection of malawis that are different colours i have been reading a cichlid tank and some people have peacocks haps and mbuna all in a 55g tank together and say they have no problems or should i avoid this like the plague see the problem i have is all my lfs get there stock from the same supplyer so there all labelled as malawi cichlids so its hard for me to tell the apart so do you have any ideas on what i can do??? do i get one of each type, or buy 4 lots of 3 of the same?
