Wet/dry Filter System

i have 95 Gallon glass tank . it have 45 Kg Live Rock and fish. and want to use wet/dry filter system . Can i used a bastic ball? is it wonna effect the Live Rock?

Ahhhhh....BioBalls, why didn't you say.

They won't affect your live rock that much but they do increase Nitrate production so as long as your live rock is mature it should cope with it.
