Weird Thing On Fish

i was adding some new rocks which my parents brought from france, and i noticed on one of my german blue rams fins was what looked like a clear bubble with the bottom 1/4 red. i think it was a blister with blood in it??

i went back half an hour later and it looks like it has been ripped off. part of the fin is missing (its the flappy fin near his head)

just wondering what it is. i think he will be ok as it has gone now, just needs to repair the fin.

could be some sort of parasite.

Or fungus? Do you have a picture at all?Just out of curiosity what are your water stats?

it was like a small bubble (maybe 1-2mm in diameter) it has now gone from the fish so i cannot get a picture. i assume another fish has taken it off! (the fin looks ripped)

it was near the centre of the fin at the bottom
