Weird Thing I Noticed With My Glowlight Danios..

Well I noticed today that there's only yellow bars on the tails of some of my glowlight danios but not all of them? I have several adults by the way. Does it mean anything? or is it just genetic variation?

it might be the way to tell what gender your danios are. perhaps the males are the ones with the yellow bars because males try to attract females with extra color.
