Weird Spot On Pregnant Molly

I have a molly that due any day to have babies. When i was checking on her this morning on one side inbetween her stomach and back fin is a spot that has raised scales and looks red underneath. Anyone have any ideas what this is?

Could be an ulcer, check that there is no parasites there as they can lift the scales.
