my female betta has a growth on her head its getting bigger its the same colour as her all the other females are fine and shes had it since i got her but its getting bigger wat is it?

You will need to post a pic otherwise it might not be responded to. It doesn't sound good though. Id say some kind of internal parasite (as it is bulging out of her head but not changed the colouring) or a growth of some kind. Neither is good. I believe some kind of melafix/betafix/melafake kind of med might help. Salt is good too, ground up aquarium salt the ratio 3-5 teaspoons per gallon, I believe. Other people are probably better at answering but a pic would help immensely. Also if you do add a pic edit the topic to say that it's been added. HTH

Cauliflower disease, maybe? Info can be found here.
I think there's also some sort of relatively uncommon viral disease that causes fish to grown a cauliflower-like lump on their heads directly between their eyes, but I can't remember the name of it. A couple of bettas from the same spawn that came into my LFS both had it.

Edit: If it's the second of these diseases, btw, it apparently doesn't cause the fish any discomfort and isn't extremely contagious. I bought a female from the above mentioned LFS that grew a lump after a few months and continued to act perfectly normal until she lept to her death :/
