Weir Installation

Sorry for the barrage of questions I am trying to install my weir but in the corners there is a bead of silicon stopping the glass install flush do I just cut this away then put a new bead in as I install it?

Do you have a picture? I'm not quite sure what you mean. I'd refrain from cutting any of the factory silicon though.
