We saved some mollyies

Hi all
My Sis saved 5 mollys (4 preangent,1 male) and planned to put them in my old 5 gallon tank. (Uncylced)
But this is were it get interresting, the guy said this would be ok as long as i use the water from my 3' to instanly cycle the tank some how .also 1 of the mollys gave birth in the car (in the bag) which contaned 4 mollys and 4 kuhil loachs (My) so we only saved 8 babys Know they are in there new home the male is picking on the unpregent female so we moved him to my 3' tank until the rest drop
will the 5 gallon be ok for the 5 mollys in the long term?
also how do you know when they'll bust?

Short answer: no.

Mollies are rather big fish, and four (now that you have moved the male) of them are still too many for the five gallon tank.

The water isn't what cycles a tank, it's the bacteria in the gravel and filter media.

How long has the five gallon been running? Can you move filter media from the bigger tank to the smaller tank? Do you have a test kit? If so, what are the readings in the 5 gallon tank?

Suggestion: move any females to the the 3' that are not pregnant. Then you can make the 5 gallon tank a grow-out tank.

Your sig: what do you mean by "+_ more". Have you added more or will you add more later?

Firstly i know what cycling is but the guy said it would be ok
secondly i have used the tank before but the tank was packed away (without water) and i set it up yesterday for the fish

if i move the mollys to the 3' tank will it be overstocked?
Also "+_more"means i'll be getting more of that fish in the near future.

30 Baby's out of 2 females......
The mums (and dad) are in my 3' tank with the other mollys (and bubs) in the 5 gallon
Still 2 females to drop and i'am going to sydeny tomorrow for chirstmas

Also do you think i should put a feeder block in my 3'' tank when i go away for 10 days?

Fry need 4 to 5 small meals aday so it wasn't a great time, as you also have to keep an eye on water quality with all the food, I would do a water change before you go, can anybody feed the little guys why you are away.
