Wavey Algae

i get this wavey algae very thin that hangs off plants/rocks. how can i prevent this from happening?

i have 1 sucker fish

It could be due to low nutrients, low co2, to much light. Seachem flourish is supposed to get rid of hair algea but i have never tried it.
