Wats Wrong>?

i have just came downstairs today to find a dead plec all my fish gasping for air the water is discoloured i have got a uv light running so it shouldent be green algae i have an constant air flow in the tank from my filter some of the fish loook really sick the only one who shown any kind of signs tho was the plec he had a white coating of some sort on him and a big bust of white fungus comming out of his guill

i did a 30%water change just now and have treated the water for funguses what more can i do? also am raising the temp to 30 degreas

first was the filter running properly... Any food sitting beside the tank that may of tipped into the tank, any visitors who may of fed the fish without permission etc? What colour is the water. Any new fish, new food, new additions to the tank in any way shape or form?

filter has been fine i did water cheaks and they came back normal, nope the food is saftly away and i cant see how anyone elsecould have fed the fish as its a sealed tank tho the water if going a green/brown colour but the uv wont touch that 4 some reason
