I love the Fern Canyon, it looks just like a scene from Walking with Dinosaurs, guess they may have filmed there. Love the Sea Hag too, she was having an excellent hair day. Great pics.

The Jurrasic Park movies were filmed in Kauai, Hawaii.
I'll be there in August.

Not sure about WwDino's, but that was a great series.

Many of the places I end up are much like what you may expect back there.
NZ and Oz are a couple of neat places.

A friend in Indonesia always sends me neat pics.

Here's Rush creekfalls on the way to this waterfall

This one is about 20 meters and falls right onto the beach where I used to live in Marin county, about 1 hour north of San Francisco, CA.

Great hike, great Tarzan rope swing into a great lake. Yes, I do the Tarzan call quite well

The start of that hike is at the top right side of this pic, the next peninsula over across that bay, from Mt Tam in Marin, you are lookign down about 1000 meters below. It travels about 200-400meters about the coast and then goes up into a mixed hardwood and spruce forest.

I'll be heading up to this area for a week of climbing here in a 6 weeks:

They have liverworts and mosses up here. Rarely other plants though.
