Water Treatmeant Help?

Just setting up the tank and got to the adding of interpet Filter Start Water treatment 14 and got a little confused by the instructions. Basically its say pipette treats 36 litres and 5mls treats 180 litres. Now my tank is 41 litres and unsure what dosage would be appropriate?

Its a bit of maths. 5ml treats 180 litres. so 5/180 = 0.0277
So 0.027ml treats 1 litre.

Your tank is 41 litres.
So 41 x 0.0277 = 1.138ml.
Lets round it up to 1.2.

For your tank you need to put in 1.2ml of treatment.





Is this your first tank?

If so how are you planning to cycle it?

yes it is my first tank and I'm planning on cyclining it. Their is just allot of information to get my head around.
