Ok iv saw electric water testers , they apparently give constant reading of the important things like Gh,ph,ammonia, nitrate, nitrite,KH
My question is do they work ?
Does anybody use one ?
There like £100 and would like one rather than using colours in test tubes but for that money I’m reluctant to buy without some advice or experience

Do you have a link? The only ones I know of that do all that are (a lot) more than £100.

Unless you are altering your water chemistry GH and KH only need to be tested once. For the other tests I only ever check these in an established tank when I suspect there is something wrong (unusual behaviour or unexpected deaths)

Oh it is second hand il post the link in a sec , but do they work I really don’t know lol I think they would be a good thing to have if they are reliable

Actually it’s true I don’t need one really , but technology is cool ahah and I know if I had one I’d be watching it waiting for the smallest change and probably would control my life lol
