Water Sprite/indian Fern

Evening folks... Happily I received my order of water sprite today and what gorgeous plants they are. I want to know what the best way of growing them is... I have heard that they dont like their roots under the substrate...i have sand substrate...

I grew mine both floating and planted in the sand. This stuff grows very fast. Check out my journal below of the biotope. I also had root tabs in the sand.
