There are (currently) five accepted species in the genus Ceratopteris, and it is not easy discerning them apart. The fronds (= leaves) can be quite different in appearance even within the same species due to conditions such as light and nutrients, also whether grown substrate-rooted or floating. I could not find the scientific name for either on this site, which is really needed to know what the plant is. But if you want to choose one, and have it as a floater, I would go with the "Water Sprite Indian Fern." The fronds will grow differently and be less pinnate, something the "lace leaf" might not do, depending what it actually is, a distinct species or a variant of C. cornuta which is the species I suspect the "Water Sprite Indian Fern" is, and it is an incredibly good floating plant.
