about week ago ammonia went sky high. have done regular water changes and its all back to zero? do i need to carry on with daily water changes or will once a week do now? also is it ok to feed the fish now?

What's your other readings in nitrite and nitrate, do you no why your ammonia went sky high, how many fish and which type, plus how many gallons is the tank.

tank went high on ammonia due to gone off water fleas..... long story. nitrIte is 0 and nitrAte is 20.
have a juwel rekord 96ltr
includes 4 glass catfish
3 plattys
12 neons
2 mollys
4 albino corys

That's fine then yes you can stop with the water changes.and start feeding normally again good luck.
