Water Problems!

hey im having a few problems - my nitrate doesnt seem to be going down
i have 6 bleeding hearts
its about 100 liters

is my tank still cycling hence why my nitrate isnt going down even after i do water change
 
Hi Jason 22,have you tried testing your tap water.I live in the south of England and my tap water is quite high in NitRates.

thank you...it helps me keep track

yeah ive tested the water and it has virtually no nitrates
 
It makes sense that your nitrates have began to increase faster now that your tnak is cycled, however, it doesn't make sense that they aren't dropping after water changes. How big are the fish right now? Do you have anything else in there besides the bleeding tetras? Also, you may want to re-check your tap water to make sure that nitrates haven't suddenly appeared in your tap water and also to make sure the first results were accurate?
