Water Movement

how much water movement should there be in the tank. i am using a fluval 2 filter in a juwel 60 tank. how much power should i put through with the water moving?

Depends on your fish really. Some fish like a lot of current to swim against while others prefer little to no current (in which case you can attached a spray bar to the filter output).

Personally I would wack it up on full to start with. If it makes your tank look like white water rapids then gradually turn it down. Generally the more flow through the filter the better.
