Had a rescue betta for a week or so now, was cycling a tank for one, but this came sooner than expected. The is not cycled, its a 25ltr on has a stingray filet and heater, bogwood with a plant and a amazon sword plant. Our tank has been over run with what I'm told is water mould a type of diatom(sp) I can barely see the back of the tank, its got a glass pebble substrate to. se have clean off the mold on the glass everyday but its still very cloudy!!! What can we do?
Can water mold be transfered to another tank on the fish? I'm prepared to buy a new one so I can sort this out, out other 2 tanks are crystal clear!!!!!!!!!
