Water Gone Hazy In Established Tank!

My water has gone hazy like milky white im expecting its a bacteria bloom? also im gettin an outbreak of hair algea! what causing this?

What are your water parameters? For the algae try reducing the amount of time the lights are on by a couple hours.

the haze has half cleared today...i added a few ottos about a week ago thats about it and do my water change at weekends with seachem prime...ive stoped doseing my ferts to see if that will help.
