Water Going Cloudy

hello i have a 45 gallon tank ,i only have gold fish in it they got ich, i treated them for that and every thing was ok,i then did a 25 percent water change and i put the carbon filter back in to clear the ich med ,that was fine but the next day the water was cloudy and it is getting worse,i have 10 gold fish in it.

What size are the Goldfish?. They are very messy fish and need a lot more room (gallon-wise) than most other fish. The general rule is 20 gallons for the first fish, then another 10 gallons for each additional one. They'll also grow up to the best part of 12'', if not more. I'd cut the number by at least half; you'll need a large capacity filter to keep the water decent, too.
