Water Conditioner

haven't been on here in a while, but anyway i accidentaly bought the wrong thing and i ended up buying water conditioner, the blue powder. The one i used to buy removed chlorine as well and the pack of this one doesn't really say much except 'healthier fish, healthier plants, clearer water' will this remove chlorine or do i have to buy something else?

I wouldn't trust a product unless it actually said it removed chlorine.
