Hello, I am a little concerned about one of the tanks here. The water seems a lot more yellowish then the other tanks. This tank has had recent (within a month or two) problems with nitrite and possably other things.

All the fish seem ok with the exception of some fighting everynow and then (nothing serious). But the water seems to have gone more yellow then most of the other tanks, I am going to see if it can be cleaned out tonight (needs cleaning anyway). The nitrites are low but I unable to accuratly test for ammonia, or ph.

Attached are pictures of the tank with the lights on and off. They are pritty bad and hard to see without contrast/brightness up. And the camera makes the tank look darker when the lights are on :p

I am not sure how long it's been like this or if it's always been like this.

I can't see too clearly, but if you have driftwood in your tank, it will turn the water a yellow-brown colour.

In an established tank, both ammonia and nitrite should be 0, and nitrate should be less than 40 ppm (IMO).

I would agree with cutechic, driftwood will discolour your water with a browny-yellow tint.
If it's newish wood it will leach tannin into the water until it's fully waterlogged and may continue to do so even after that. Regular water changes will help to keep the water clear.
