Water Circulaion In A Planted Aquarium?

Hi there everyone I am currently looking at geting a bigger tank and can see that there is a recomendation of a turn over of at least 10x the volume of water.

Now I was wanting to procure a EHEIM ECCO 2 2036 as it has such a small power consumption however this is no where near the output required as per guidelines from this forum. So my question is whats the best way to get this circulation up? My tank will be roughly 250 lts and the filter has a max output of 750 lts.

you wont get an output of 750 litres, more like 300 ( roughly 40%)

you could use power heads to get the flow you want.

I think with an Eheim you will be nearer 50% but still reduced.

On your size tank I would stick a Hydor Koralia2 in there or an FX5 external. Koralia is the cheaper option.
