well my tank has been running now for a few months, the fish are settled, bacteria has built up in the filter, and the water is looking great, fish and plants look beautiful, the wait was well worth it,now heres the question,i do a 10% water change weekly adding stress coat and stress zyme at the same time,is this OK,do i need to change the water completely at any time,or is the 10% sufficient to keep the aquarium looking good?

You should be fine. The main purpose of water change is to lower nitrates and so you can do a gravel vac to clean up waste. As long as your water parameters are staying where they need to be, 10% is fine although most people usually are in the 15 to 25 percent range on sommunity tanks.
