I more than often do not even touch the filter as that is where all the beneficial bacteria is. I will change it when water can no longer go through it and that hasn't happened yet :p I usually just put it in tank water and just scrub some stuff off gently. I gravel vac every water change and scrub the sides of the tanks since bubblenests are not nice to the sides and leave this white stuff on there
I also clean my ornaments.

i gravel vac and rince the filter white layer every week. dont need to clean the glass my BN plec does that for me and my other tank doesnt need it

I change the water & vac the bottom, most of my tanks don't have gravel. The ones that do get vacced every 2-4 weeks, depending on the filtration. Filters get cleaned every week to every 6 months, depending on the filter & tank. I don't clean the glass, that's the plec's job.

I do a 40-50% water change in all my tanks once a week with sand cleaning session, i clean my filters out once every 2-3weeks- not completely, but i just remove all the large gunky bits that build up as due to my filters being fluval ones, if too much gunk builds up in them the filter flow either becomes too weak or the filter stops completely.
I also wipe my tanks glass down once a month just to keep it sparkling clean :)

20-30% water change a week
gravel vac
a quick scrub when i see algae on the glass because of lazy plecos
im not a real fan of scrubing the ornaments because i dont like destroying my rock set up :D

I do a water change and clean the filter. As my gravel vac takes out water, I vac the sand. The glass is fine, but the filter gets filthy. I rinse the sponge evry week (in tank water) and every other week do the impeller etc.

Well, I don't actually scrub the ornaments, but I do a weekly combined gravel vac/water change+ clean the glass if it needs it. Also, I have a Juwel filter and follow the instructions which means changing the thin layer of floss once a week, changing the carbon filter once a month and rinsing the main filter out in tank water about once monthly.

My tank is pretty much algae-free so i dont need to scrub my ornaments, i just do the normal weekly water change and gravel clean. And every month i clean the filter.

I do water changes (20% 1x a week, 40% 1x a month), , rinse the filter in the old tank water at teh big water change, and gravel vac (1x a week... I have sand). I just don't mess with the cave/rock ornament I have. The cory cats and snails seem to keep it fairly clean.
