Water Changes - How Often

How often should i do my water changes - my tank has been up and running for 4 months now and the water levels are staying at a constant level

Should i still be changing the water once a week or should i leave it for longer

Current stats

Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
PH 7.6

Once a week is great, keep it at that if you can. But you could just check until your nitrates rise to a bad level, you change the water the day before, example: Your nitrate rises to a dangerous level in 1 week and 5 days, well then you would have to do water changes every 1 week and 4 days.

i do weekly without question. sometimes it might only be 5-15% but i still change out some.
